Secondary Bilateral Cleft Lip Before and After

A secondary repair is a surgical revision of a previous cleft lip and nose repair. All patients shown in this panel had secondary repairs of their residual bilateral cleft lip deformities. All patients had their original surgery at other centers. These procedures involved the lip, nose, and, in the last two cases, advancement of the upper jaw.
