Unresolved Issues

My name is Court Cutting.  I am a retired Professor of Plastic Surgery on the faculty at the New York University - Grossman School of Medicine in New York City,  having practiced there for over 30 years.  This web post is about several issues in my life that are very important to me that remain unsettled among my contemporaries.  Subject matter includes pediatric facial malformations, computer science, and blues music.
